We send out tracking info within 24hours after each order ships. For heavy gym equipment shipments, the order will ship with an appointment and tailgate - “curbside drop off”. The shipping company will call you to set up a delivery appointment. You must meet the driver to sign off on delivery. The driver will deliver to the end of your driveway and lower the shipment to the ground for you. From there it is your responsibility to bring the items on the pallet into your home. All of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Should you require parts or service during the warranty period, simply send an email along with your order number and description of the issue to service@landmarkathletics.com. You may be requested to send a photo or video to help illustrate the service issue.
