If you're serious about your strength training, our Training Camp EXT-3 All-In-One-Home Gym is tailor-made for you. Engineered for heavy lifting, our All-In-One home gym features a versatile (1:1 to 2:1) pulley system, allowing you to effortlessly handle weights of up to 200 pounds on each side!
Almost all other Functional Trainers and cable gyms on the market have a 2:1 ratio, which means it cuts the usable weight of the stack in half. With the custom Engineered cable system of the EXT-3, you can choose the 1:1 ratio to get the full 200lbs resistance per stack for heavy lifts like Lat Pulldowns or Leg Presses. Or, you can choose the 2:1 ratio for smaller lifts like Tricep Pushdowns and Cable Chest Flys.
Crafted for durability and performance, our machine boasts a robust Smith machine, premium pulleys, six convenient weight plate holders, and extendable jammer arms with a leg press plate complemented by a frame-mounted foot support system for added stability. The EXT-3 comes with J-hooks, spotter arms, jammer arms, leg press, landmine and dip attachment. There is also a weight stack adapter pin, lat extender, lat seat and leg extension/leg curl attachment available for an additional cost. We will be introducing even more attachments in the future.

We engineer our products to operate within their own eco-system of attachments. Other brands may have products that fit this machine. The uprights are 50mm deep x 70mm wide in size with 20mm holes spaced 50mm apart.

We send out tracking info within 24hours after each order ships. For heavy gym equipment shipments, the order will ship with an appointment and tailgate - “curbside drop off”. The shipping company will call you to set up a delivery appointment. You must meet the driver to sign off on delivery. The driver will deliver to the end of your driveway and lower the shipment to the ground for you. From there it is your responsibility to bring the items on the pallet into your home. Mike I have been comparatively shopping an "all-in-one" home gym machine for the last 3 month and I found exactly what I wanted with the EXT-3 by Landmark Athletics. I am very particular about the product, the price, and customer service when I look to make an investment. I called 4 major manufactures in the "all-in-one" home gym arena and only one company answered the phone. Daniel at Landmark Athletics not only answered the phone but he spent quality time with me getting to know my fitness needs, my family needs, the space I was looking to make into a home gym and all the benefits to becoming a Landmark Athletics customer. Craig I just ordered the EXT-3. After doing some research and comparing the EXT- with Jacked Up Extreme, I decide to go with this one. The Jacked Up 'Extreme' was the exact model I was leaning towards after comparing to the other well known fitness models. Then one day the ad popped up on Facebook for this one and it caught my eye. I was about to go with my first instinct, “Jacked Up” but after speaking with Landmark and doing the comparison, I changed my mind. Thanks for helping me out!

Craig I had a couple parts that arrived somewhat damaged. I went ahead and started assembling the machine over last weekend to see if the parts could be used. I was able to use the parts that I thought were damaged, they ended up being perfectly fine. As it turns out, there was a different part that was in the delivery that was incorrect. I contacted Landmark's logistics manager Brian on Monday and sent him a pic of the correct and wrong part w/ the dimensions. He emailed me and even called to ensure the correct part was sent. He quickly sent the correct part to me. The EXT-3 is assembled and running great. Great customer service. I wish all companies ran this well.
As a side note, even the instructions for assembling the EXT-3 were pretty damn clear/straight forward. Over the years, I 've had so many pictogram instructions that had blurry drawings or drawings that bordered on being microscopic that you couldn't make out what was to be done. These were easy to follow along with. The same applies to the packaging. Oftentimes when you receive a package like this, all the bolts, nuts, washer, etc are all together in one large bag and you have to figure out what part you are looking for. I was impressed that all the nuts/bolts/washers were separated by assembly step and were clearly labeled. It made assembly very easy. What an excellent machine.

It was exactly as advertised. The customer service was top notch, i would certainly buy from landmark again. Equipment is great qaulity for home gym, Smith machine is par, nothing special but functions for what I need. Wish it had more depth, also my biggest gripe would be better instructions. There's things that need to be done in order and there's minimal written instructions. Other than that, it has been a blessing of an addition to my home gym. Cables are buttery smooth on the aluminum pulleys and for more weight you can had a weight peg. I use it almost every workout, if not all. For what you get compared to almost every competitor it's easily the best bang for your buck, Quality and functionality.

I ordered the TC EXT-3 All-In-One Gym BUNDLE. I love this equipment, my neighbors even come over to workout. High quality and easy to use. I put it all together myself in 2 days. Daniel answered all of my questions and gave me his professional opinion when needed.
I feel indifferent about the pull-up bar on this particular model, they seem like they were an afterthought based on the quality of everything else. But I haven’t used them much since it’s so many alternative workouts I can do to hit those same muscles.

I was looking into a small gym for myself and my employees, I didn't have a ton of space but wanted some equipment and flooring. Daniel took my call and we discussed some things over the phone, he emailed me some options and quotes, we added and removed some things and a couple days later I had finalized what I wanted and what would work for me and we pulled the trigger. He was prompt to reply and awesome to work with.

I finally got the new gym room setup and have learned the ways of the Q10 all in one machine. I definitely like it, the 2:1 and 1:1 cable ratios are great for lat pulldowns when you would normally max out the weight stack on a 2:1 ratio.
The rubber flooring doesn't have a smell like some rubbers do. I had a couple small issues and Daniel took care of them.
Word of caution regarding the Semtex bench...
It's a tank, I have no doubt it will outlive me, however.... If you have a wife who's 4'11" and not the incredible hulkess then they will have a workout moving it around. The bench must weigh 100#. It's solid though!! Just heavy towards the end of a workout. 😆
I also 3D printed brackets to hold the jammer arms, dip arms and other things to my wall.
The only thing that I did upgrade was the weight stack pins, the blue ones came with the machine and they have weak magnets, I bought some from Amazon with a full circle magnet and the done come loose.
The pup also approves.

I have been searching for a high quality treadmill for several months after numerous issues with our current Nordictrack, and their abysmal service. I started looking more locally and found landmark athletics. I bought TCK1S for my home gym - I’m very happy with all the different exercises I am able to do - should have upgraded to the leg extension bench so now have to get one. Downsides would be instructions for assembly are very vague so you have to look at the assembled pictures a lot and after purchase I realized there wasn’t a weight stated for the smith bar machine so sent a message but haven’t received an answer

We purchased the TC K1S smith machine about a year ago and it has been an amazing addition to our small home gym. It gets used almost everyday. We had one issue where one of the cables broke but in reaching out to Landmark their customer service was exceptional. Jeff responded almost immediately and within a day a replacement cable was shippped out.
We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Our only issue now is our son has gained so much strength using the gym we may need to upgrade to the heavier duty rack soon!

Product bundle is pretty good.
Reason the 4 stars: I have never had so many homicidal fantasies as when I was trying to follow the assembly instructions on the TC Q10 unit I bought.
Had to keep taking it back apart because the instructions have the order of assembly incorrect or poorly shown. Added ballpark 2hrs to the assembly.
The video they just made helps a little but also does not accurately portray the assembly (namely, installation of the smith machine poles and correct orientation of many components,).

Jeff has been great to work with for the last several months. He listened to our wants and needs and worked with our budget. Our gym has been open for 2 months now and members comment about how nice the layout is and the equipment. He has communicated well throughout the process even after back ordered items arrived. I have ordered fitness equipment from Landmark Athletics on three separate occasions. Each of the occasions were exceptionally smooth experiences and I couldn’t be happier! The equipment arrived promptly and well packaged with decent instructions. I tend to shop around a lot and found the prices they offer have always been the most reasonable. I called in to speak to a rep to make sure all my questions were answered such as shipping information and to confirm that there were no hidden costs for shipping to my delivery address. The information I was given was clear and easy to understand. Jeff is amazing to deal with and very knowledgeable. From start to finish everything went smooth and service was top notch. I ordered directly through Brett on a Friday morning and I received delivery on the following Wednesday.
Instructions were a bit fuzzy at times but assembly was smooth and all parts lined up perfectly. I ran into an issue with the cable routing and a quick to Jeff and he not only provided pictures but also a short video on how to properly run them.
Would definitely recommend this company and buy from them again.
