LDS Flex Sport Flooring
Flex Sport rolls are made of a synthetic wood-grain surface, fusion bonded to a high density sport base layer with a total thickness of 8mm. This flooring offers a seamless and water proof surface that is easy to maintain.

The smooth, non-slip surface allows for very easy cleaning using a micro fibre mop.

This flooring is better suited for sports like Basketball and Volleyball. We do not recommend this flooring for Pickleball as it is a little softer which will not allow the ball to bounce as suitable for game play.

We provide weld rods which are a matching color to the floor. However, the seam can still be visible even when welded.

This product is made to order. Custom orders are not stocked and require a 90-110 day lead time from date of payment.

Mandate quality mats only such as TPE, or cork. We do not govern the ways cheaper yoga mats are made which can cause them to bleed onto flooring in a heated environment.

We send out tracking info within 24hours after each order ships. For heavy shipments, the order will ship with an appointment and tailgate. The shipping company will call you to set up a delivery appointment. You must meet the driver to sign off on delivery. We recommend you have a team scheduled to meet the driver to unload the material from the truck and bring it to the install site. The driver will deliver either to the end of your driveway or to the loading zone of the building. From there it is your responsibility to remove the items from the truck and bring them into your gym. Read more about our shipping policies.

First you need to know the square footage of your room. Take a measurement at the longest point and the widest point in feet, then multiply those two numbers to get the square foot area (SF). We recommend you add 10% to your space to account for waste material and mis-cuts.

We sell sample packs for a flat $10 fee. Simply fill out our Quote Request Form and provide us with the details of the job and product you are interested in. Engineers, designers, architects and contractors can apply for free samples. A sales rep will connect with you via email.

We recommend installers have experience installing sheet vinyl floors and using a floor welding tool. For projects over 1000sf, we can quote out installation rates in most areas. Simply fill out our Quote Request Form and provide us with the details of the job. For jobs with a 500sf minimum size, we can assist you in locating a local flooring contractor.

All rolled flooring products perform best when they are glued directly onto the subfloor. However, if you will not have substantial commercial traffic in the room, then you can opt to use double faced industrial flooring tape instead of adhesive for installation.

No. This flooring is made to be either a permanent or semi-permanent installation.

Yes. We recommend Endura Game Line paint to be used for game lines.

We recommend this flooring be laid over top of a smooth, and level concrete substrate.

This flooring is meant for open areas such as sport courts, multi-purpose rooms, hospitality areas, or yoga rooms. It is not recommended installing this flooring where heavy equipment will lay over top or be dropped on will damage and indent the flooring.

It was exactly as advertised. The customer service was top notch, i would certainly buy from landmark again. Equipment is great qaulity for home gym, Smith machine is par, nothing special but functions for what I need. Wish it had more depth, also my biggest gripe would be better instructions. There's things that need to be done in order and there's minimal written instructions. Other than that, it has been a blessing of an addition to my home gym. Cables are buttery smooth on the aluminum pulleys and for more weight you can had a weight peg. I use it almost every workout, if not all. For what you get compared to almost every competitor it's easily the best bang for your buck, Quality and functionality.

I ordered the TC EXT-3 All-In-One Gym BUNDLE. I love this equipment, my neighbors even come over to workout. High quality and easy to use. I put it all together myself in 2 days. Daniel answered all of my questions and gave me his professional opinion when needed.
I feel indifferent about the pull-up bar on this particular model, they seem like they were an afterthought based on the quality of everything else. But I haven’t used them much since it’s so many alternative workouts I can do to hit those same muscles.

I was looking into a small gym for myself and my employees, I didn't have a ton of space but wanted some equipment and flooring. Daniel took my call and we discussed some things over the phone, he emailed me some options and quotes, we added and removed some things and a couple days later I had finalized what I wanted and what would work for me and we pulled the trigger. He was prompt to reply and awesome to work with.

Edit 2-9-25:
I finally got the new gym room setup and have learned the ways of the Q10 all in one machine. I definitely like it, the 2:1 and 1:1 cable ratios are great for lat pulldowns when you would normally max out the weight stack on a 2:1 ratio.
The rubber flooring doesn't have a smell like some rubbers do. I had a couple small issues and Daniel took care of them.
Word of caution regarding the Semtex bench...
It's a tank, I have no doubt it will outlive me, however.... If you have a wife who's 4'11" and not the incredible hulkess then they will have a workout moving it around. The bench must weigh 100#. It's solid though!! Just heavy towards the end of a workout. 😆
I also 3D printed brackets to hold the jammer arms, dip arms and other things to my wall.
The only thing that I did upgrade was the weight stack pins, the blue ones came with the machine and they have weak magnets, I bought some from Amazon with a full circle magnet and the done come loose.
The pup also approves.

I have been searching for a high quality treadmill for several months after numerous issues with our current Nordictrack, and their abysmal service. I started looking more locally and found landmark athletics. Worked with Daniel through the process of upgrading my home gym. Friendly, personable, relatable, and full of knowledge. Took the time to address all of my questions and more. Will update my review on the TC EXT-3 when it arrives with the leg extension attachment and lat pulldown attachment. Still considering adding the upgraded bench. I bought TCK1S for my home gym - I’m very happy with all the different exercises I am able to do - should have upgraded to the leg extension bench so now have to get one. Downsides would be instructions for assembly are very vague so you have to look at the assembled pictures a lot and after purchase I realized there wasn’t a weight stated for the smith bar machine so sent a message but haven’t received an answer

We purchased the TC K1S smith machine about a year ago and it has been an amazing addition to our small home gym. It gets used almost everyday. We had one issue where one of the cables broke but in reaching out to Landmark their customer service was exceptional. Jeff responded almost immediately and within a day a replacement cable was shippped out.
We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Our only issue now is our son has gained so much strength using the gym we may need to upgrade to the heavier duty rack soon!

I have been comparatively shopping an "all-in-one" home gym machine for the last 3 month and I found exactly what I wanted with the EXT-3 by Landmark Athletics. I am very particular about the product, the price, and customer service when I look to make an investment. I called 4 major manufactures in the "all-in-one" home gym arena and only one company answered the phone. Daniel at Landmark Athletics not only answered the phone but he spent quality time with me getting to know my fitness needs, my family needs, the space I was looking to make into a home gym and all the benefits to becoming a Landmark Athletics customer. You don't get service like this anymore and Daniel made my decision to invest in the EXT-3 simple. Product bundle is pretty good.
Reason the 4 stars: I have never had so many homicidal fantasies as when I was trying to follow the assembly instructions on the TC Q10 unit I bought.
Had to keep taking it back apart because the instructions have the order of assembly incorrect or poorly shown. Added ballpark 2hrs to the assembly.
The video they just made helps a little but also does not accurately portray the assembly (namely, installation of the smith machine poles and correct orientation of many components,).

Jeff has been great to work with for the last several months. He listened to our wants and needs and worked with our budget.
