EXT-3 Leg Extension / Curl Attachment
Great Add-On to the popular EXT-3 Smith Machine All In One Gym.
The Rack Mounted Leg Extension / Leg Curl attachment helps to provide leg strength, balance, and coordination when performing one-leg hamstring curls or seated leg extensions. The attachment features a unique leg roller pad, a square seat pad that adjusts with a turn knob for seated or standing movements, and a quick-mount J-hook style design that easily secures the EXT-3 Series Rack Post. By mounting to the inside of the power rack, you can utilize the uprights as a stabilizing factor helping with proper form during standing leg curl movements. Reduces the risk in hamstring and knee injuries with the benefit of this versatile plate-loaded rack attachment.

We send out tracking info within 24hours after each order ships. For heavy gym equipment shipments, the order will ship with an appointment and tailgate - “curbside drop off”. The shipping company will call you to set up a delivery appointment. You must meet the driver to sign off on delivery. The driver will deliver to the end of your driveway and lower the shipment to the ground for you. From there it is your responsibility to bring the items on the pallet into your home. We purchased the Q-10 and honestly we had some problems.
Now you are probably wondering why I would start with that and why I am giving these guys FIVE-stars when we had some issues.
Good question. Let me explain.
Things happen, problems occur but what happens next determines everything.
We encountered some problems however there was continual communication, continual contact. We exchanged videos, Jeff even gave me his cell number to communicate directly to him to expedite matters.
Every step of the way they made sure they understood my concerns and issues, never blew me off or talked down to me or avoided the me.
Great products are great but great customer service is greater to have and quite rare.
So I appreciate all they did to make sure we were satisfied.
The machine, Q-10. If you are looking for “gym-level grade” its not. If you are looking for top-notch home gym, it definitely is.
We have a full gym, not just a garage gym, and it has been an awesome addition.
Assembly was really easy. I made some assembly suggestions and they took my advice to heart for future videos or instructions.
There is so much that you can do with it.
Much of the metal, not all, is thick 11ga.
The 1:1 and 2:1 ratios are awesome on the pulleys.
While doing pulley row I would suggest sitting on something at least 6” 15cm high as the foot angle for the brace is slightly steep.
Fyi, the padding for your legs for the lat pull down can be installed above or below the safety arm it attaches to for more options of height.
The Smith bar moves smoothly. My only “disappointment” is the 10 pins not 15 meaning less height options. But still it has not been a detriment at all. We work around it just fine.
Cable adjustments on my machine are a little tight- one of the problems we had. But they are well spaced, labelled well, click in nicely, rotate well, cables run smoothly, easy to run the cables during assembly.
Theres a good amount of weight on the weight stacks. (90kg / 198lbs)

Company: responsive, great communication, outstanding customer service (thats what you want), set on customer satisfaction.

It was exactly as advertised. The customer service was top notch, i would certainly buy from landmark again. Equipment is great qaulity for home gym, Smith machine is par, nothing special but functions for what I need. Wish it had more depth, also my biggest gripe would be better instructions. There's things that need to be done in order and there's minimal written instructions. Other than that, it has been a blessing of an addition to my home gym. Cables are buttery smooth on the aluminum pulleys and for more weight you can had a weight peg. I use it almost every workout, if not all. For what you get compared to almost every competitor it's easily the best bang for your buck, Quality and functionality.

I ordered the TC EXT-3 All-In-One Gym BUNDLE. I love this equipment, my neighbors even come over to workout. High quality and easy to use. I put it all together myself in 2 days. Daniel answered all of my questions and gave me his professional opinion when needed.
I feel indifferent about the pull-up bar on this particular model, they seem like they were an afterthought based on the quality of everything else. But I haven’t used them much since it’s so many alternative workouts I can do to hit those same muscles.

I was looking into a small gym for myself and my employees, I didn't have a ton of space but wanted some equipment and flooring. Daniel took my call and we discussed some things over the phone, he emailed me some options and quotes, we added and removed some things and a couple days later I had finalized what I wanted and what would work for me and we pulled the trigger. He was prompt to reply and awesome to work with.

Edit 2-9-25:
I finally got the new gym room setup and have learned the ways of the Q10 all in one machine. I definitely like it, the 2:1 and 1:1 cable ratios are great for lat pulldowns when you would normally max out the weight stack on a 2:1 ratio.
The rubber flooring doesn't have a smell like some rubbers do. I had a couple small issues and Daniel took care of them.
Word of caution regarding the Semtex bench...
It's a tank, I have no doubt it will outlive me, however.... If you have a wife who's 4'11" and not the incredible hulkess then they will have a workout moving it around. The bench must weigh 100#. It's solid though!! Just heavy towards the end of a workout. 😆
I also 3D printed brackets to hold the jammer arms, dip arms and other things to my wall.
The only thing that I did upgrade was the weight stack pins, the blue ones came with the machine and they have weak magnets, I bought some from Amazon with a full circle magnet and the done come loose.
The pup also approves.

I have been searching for a high quality treadmill for several months after numerous issues with our current Nordictrack, and their abysmal service. I started looking more locally and found landmark athletics. Daniel promptly returned my call and answered all of my questions, even making additional calls to quell some of my concerns regarding warranty and service. Worked with Daniel through the process of upgrading my home gym. Friendly, personable, relatable, and full of knowledge. Took the time to address all of my questions and more. I bought TCK1S for my home gym - I’m very happy with all the different exercises I am able to do - should have upgraded to the leg extension bench so now have to get one. Downsides would be instructions for assembly are very vague so you have to look at the assembled pictures a lot and after purchase I realized there wasn’t a weight stated for the smith bar machine so sent a message but haven’t received an answer

After too much research I landed on purchasing a functional trainer from Landmark Athletics today. I went with the Q10 machine and worked with Daniel who was great to work with. He was very patient and thorough in helping guide me along the best path for what fit my needs.

We purchased the TC K1S smith machine about a year ago and it has been an amazing addition to our small home gym. It gets used almost everyday. We had one issue where one of the cables broke but in reaching out to Landmark their customer service was exceptional. Jeff responded almost immediately and within a day a replacement cable was shippped out.
We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Our only issue now is our son has gained so much strength using the gym we may need to upgrade to the heavier duty rack soon!

I have been comparatively shopping an "all-in-one" home gym machine for the last 3 month and I found exactly what I wanted with the EXT-3 by Landmark Athletics. I am very particular about the product, the price, and customer service when I look to make an investment. I called 4 major manufactures in the "all-in-one" home gym arena and only one company answered the phone. Daniel at Landmark Athletics not only answered the phone but he spent quality time with me getting to know my fitness needs, my family needs, the space I was looking to make into a home gym and all the benefits to becoming a Landmark Athletics customer. You don't get service like this anymore and Daniel made my decision to invest in the EXT-3 simple. Customer service is absolutely amazing!!
Product bundle is pretty good.
Reason the 4 stars: I have never had so many homicidal fantasies as when I was trying to follow the assembly instructions on the TC Q10 unit I bought.
Had to keep taking it back apart because the instructions have the order of assembly incorrect or poorly shown. Added ballpark 2hrs to the assembly.
The video they just made helps a little but also does not accurately portray the assembly (namely, installation of the smith machine poles and correct orientation of many components,).

Jeff has been great to work with for the last several months. He listened to our wants and needs and worked with our budget. Our gym has been open for 2 months now and members comment about how nice the layout is and the equipment. He has communicated well throughout the process even after back ordered items arrived.
